What to expect with our shipping?
Huntress Artistry ships everything through Australia Post and Australia Post International. Once your packages leave Huntress Artistry and are handed over to Australia Post, Huntress Artistry cannot be held liable for how Australia Post handles your package. Whilst we endeavour to do everything on our end to make sure your package gets to you in one piece, unfortunately once it leaves our hands we have no control.
Special consideration must be taken when ordering a framed picture. If you are requiring a framed portrait to be shipped, you do so at your own risk. Huntress Artistry will not be held liable for any frame damage or glass breakage and will not replace any damaged frames.
Huntress Artistry will package your goods with the greatest of care to ensure the greatest chance that your artworks arrive in their original shape.
Shipping time frames
Once you purchase your items from Huntress Artistry, they will be posted and registered with Australia Post in 1-3 business days. If any delays occur, you will be contacted directly by Huntress Artistry. Australia Post will send your item to you in 3-7 Business Days (Australia wide) or 5 - 15 Business Days (International).
Pet Portrait Commissions take much longer as they are created to order, with consultation with you. Huntress Artistry will keep you informed the whole time during the process of drawing your Pet Portrait.
If you require framing, this will be done by a third party. Huntress Artistry cannot control how long framing will take, it may take up to 8 weeks. Once your portrait is with the framer, Huntress Artistry cannot unfortunately provide updates until your piece is framed, however an estimate of time will be provided once your piece is dropped off at the framers.
Lost and damaged packages
If your package is unfortunately lost, please contact Australia Post before you contact Huntress Artistry (you will be provided with a tracking number upon shipping), as they will be in the best place to work with you to find your package. You can receive parcel updates by entering your tracking number in the website below:
