Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as Huntress Artistry does not provide any refunds for change of mind. Huntress Artistry will provide replacement products for damage goods in certain circumstances and the right to refund is purely at the discretion of Huntress Artistry. Refunds will only be given in the first 7 days of receiving your item.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before the commencement of any commissions. 

Refunds will not be given for artwork commissions. If you are unhappy with your work, we will work with you to produce an artwork you are happy with. Correspondance with you will occur at the time of completion to make sure you are happy and to achieve sign off prior to sending and or framing. In the event you are still not happy, Huntress Artistry will allow minimal changes. Once you have received your artwork, or your artwork has been framed, no changes can be made and you cannot receive a refund as the requested service has been provided.
